Costs
Please note that pricing for adults will be going up to $90.00 to accommodate rising costs of food and the rental cost of our site. We have also added the option to buy a T-Shirt with your registration since many have asked us about t-shirts!
New pricing for attending the Spirit of the West Druid Gathering is as follows:
- Adults (Age 13 and up): $90.00 each or $110.00 per adult with a T-Shirt
- Children (Under 13 years of age): $30.00 each or $50.00 per child with a T-Shirt
- Infants and toddlers under 3 years of age: Free
Payment Options and Information
Payment may be made via cheques, money orders and Pay Pal. Please make all cheques and money orders payable to The Druid Gathering.
- Registrants who have not registered or paid before May 30, 2011 may be denied entry to the Gathering.
- People whose cheques have not cleared will also be refused entry at the gate.
- Registration cannot be transferred to another person.
- Cancellations must be made before May 30, 2011.
Important Notice for Dog Owners

We have been given special permission by the Campground Manager to allow dogs to attend the Gathering.
Please complete and submit this form before attending the Gathering. Owners who do not complete this form at least 3 weeks prior to the Gathering will not be permitted to bring their dog. |

Confirmation and Refund Information
Confirmation
Once we have received your registration, you will be sent a confirmation via email (It will be send snail mail if you don't have email or you specifically ask) This will include a proof of registration to be presented at the gate, a map to the site and other information about safety, schedules and more.
Refunds
Full refunds will be granted to guests who cancel prior to May 30, 2011. They are not transferable and will be issued only in the registrant’s name. If canceling before May 30, 2011, your refund will be sent to you as soon as all final expenses for the Gathering have been paid (i.e. If your payment was made via Pay Pal, your refund will be issued accordingly.
For cancellations made after May 30, 2011, only partial refunds will be available after the Spirit of the West Druid Gathering.
Please note that all refunds will be sent as soon as the owners of our venue take out their fees, which could be a few months. We will contact you to let you know when the refund is being givem.
